Indian Coast Guard Force was raised on 1st February in year 1977.
The force was raised for maritime security and for keeping our coast's safe. Indian coast guard is Peacetime Maritime Armed Force. 
Protecting the lives, Marine Environment and Endangered Species  is the main work of Indian Coast Guard.

भारतीय तटरक्षक बल 

1 फरवरी को भारतीय तटरक्षक अपना स्वपना दिवस मनाता है। 1 फरवरी 1977 को समुद्री तटों की सुरक्षा के लिए भारतीय तट रक्षक का गठन किया गया था। 
भारतीय तटरक्षक को शांति काल में समुद्र के रक्षक के रूप में पहचाना जाता है। 
समुद्री पर्यावरण तथा समुद्री प्रजातियों की रक्षा करना भारतीय तट रक्षकों का प्रमुख कार्य है।

Big Leap For USA

On 31st January in 1958, United States of America launched its first satellite 'Named Explorer 1'. The satellite was launched into orbit by Jupiter C Rocket. The Explorer-1 remained in orbit till 1970. The successful launch was a big boost for US space program. 
It was the period of cold war between two then superpowers of the world, USA & Soviet Union. The successful launch gave a big opportunity to America to show its strength to rival Soviet Union during cold war (1947-1991).
Cold war was a bloodless battle for supremacy between two superpowers.

अमेरिका की ऊँची छलाँग 

31 जनवरी 1958, सयुंक्त राज्य अमेरिका ने अपना पहला उपग्रह सफलतापूर्वक अंतरिक्ष में स्थापित किया था। इस उपग्रह का नाम एक्स्प्लोरर 1 था। 1970 तक एक्स्प्लोरर 1 अपना काम करता रहा। 
अमेरिका की इस सफलता को शीत युद्ध के दौरान वर्चस्व की लड़ाई जो सोवियत संघ के साथ चल रही थी, उस रूप में एक बड़ी कामयाबी माना गया। 
1942 से 1991 के बीच रक्तहीन युद्ध (शीत युद्ध) तब की दो महा शक्तियों  के बीच दुनिया में प्रभुत्व के लिय लड़ा गया था।

Franklin Roosevelt

Franklin D. Roosevelt was popularly known by his initials FDR. He was born on 30th January, 1882.
FDR was the 32nd President of United States of America. He served as President of USA from 4th March 1933 to 1945. He was a democrat and only American President to serve more than two terms. 
Roosevelt died of cerebral hemorrhage on 12th April 1945.

फ्रैंकलिन रुज़वेल्ट 

फ्रैंकलिन रुज़वेल्ट सयुंक्त राज्य अमेरिका के 32वें राष्ट्रपति थे। 30 जनवरी 1882 को उनका जन्म हुआ था। रुज़वेल्ट 4 मार्च 1933 से 1945 तक अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति रहे। वे अकेले अमरीकी राष्ट्रपति थे जिन्होंने 2 बार से ज्यादा राष्ट्रपति का पद संभाला। उनका रिश्ता डैमोक्रेटिक पार्टी से था। 
12 अप्रैल 1945 को रुज़वेल्ट की सेरेब्रल हेमरेज से मृत्यु हो गई थी।

Assassination of Mahatma

Father of The Nation

On 30th January in year 1948 Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, 'BAPU for millions' was assassinated in the compound of Birla House in Delhi.
He was shot three times in the chest by the assassin at point blank range. Birla House now is known as Gandhi Samriti. Lakhs  of people visit Gandhi Samriti to pay their homage to the great human every year. His last rites were performed at Rajghat. Now a Memorial.
Mahatma Gandhi was a lawyer by profession, fought for the independence of India. His struggle for free India against colonial rule was non violent. He was a pure Nationalist & a Reformist.
'Mahatma Gandhi was born on 2nd October 1869 at Porbander in the state of Gujarat'.

महात्मा की हत्या 

30 जनवरी 1948 को मोहनदास करमचंद गाँधी 'करोड़ों व्यक्तियों के लिए बापू' की दिल्ली के बिड़ला हाऊस प्रांगण में हत्या कर दी गई थी। उनके हत्यारे ने उन्हें नजदीक से सीने में तीन बार गोली मार दी थी। 
बिड़ला हाऊस को आज गाँधी स्मृति के नाम से भारत ही नहीं पुरे विश्व में जाना जाता है। उनका अंतिम संस्कार राजघाट में हुआ था। राजघाट अब एक शहीद स्मारक है। 
महात्मा गाँधी एक वकील थे। देश के स्वतंत्रता संग्राम में उनका प्रमुख योगदान रहा। ब्रिटिश शासन के खिलाफ उन्होंने अहिंसा का रास्ता अपनाया। 
एक राष्ट्रवादी होने के साथ साथ गाँधी जी एक समाज सुधारक भी थे।

Death of World  Famous Poet 'ROBERT FROST'

Robert Frost world renowned poet had died on 29th January in year 1963.
He was considered as one of the greatest poets of 20th century.
Robert frost won the prestigious  Pulitzer Prize for his book 'New Hampshire'
The great poet was born on 26th March, 1874.



दुनिया के महान कवि (लेखक) राबर्ट फ्रॉस्ट का निधन

राबर्ट फ्रॉस्ट अमेरिका के विश्व विख्यात कवि(लेखक) का निधन 29 जनवरी साल 1963 में हुआ था। 
उन्हें बीसवी शताब्दी के महान कवि के रूप में याद किया जाता है। 
राबर्ट फ्रॉस्ट को प्रतिष्ठित पुलित्जर पुरस्कार से उनकी किताब 'न्यू हैम्पशायर' के लिए नवाजा गया था।
उनका जन्म अमेरिका में 26 मार्च 1874 को हुआ था।

Challenger Disaster

On 28th January 1986 NASA space shuttle challenger exploded within 73 seconds of its take off, killing all seven crew members including a school teacher (first civilian) to travel to space.
Jolted by the failure NASA decided to suspend space shuttle operations for nearly three years.

चैलेंजर का हादसा

28 जनवरी 1986 को आज के दिन नासा का अंतरिक्ष विमान चैलेंजर उड़ान के 73 सेकंड बाद ही दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया था। इस में सवार 7 अंतरिक्ष यात्रियों की मृत्यु हो गई थी। जिसमे एक विद्यालय का अध्यापक (पहला नागरिक यात्री)भी था। 
इस चैलेंजर के विस्फोट के बाद अमरीकी अंतरिक्ष एजेंसी नासा ने अपने अंतरिक्ष कार्यक्रमों पर तीन साल की रोक लगा दी थी।

Freedom Fighter of (India) Lala Lajpat Rai

Lala Lajpat Rai popularly known as 'Punjab Kesari' was born on 28th January in year 1865. He was also called as 'Lion of Punjab'.
In 1928, when Britishers set up the Simon Commission, the Indian political parties decided to boycott all English commission.
On 30th October in 1928, Lalaji was leading a non-violent protest against the commission in Lahore. The SP (Superintendent of Police) James Scott ordered Lathi Charge. Lalaji was also assaulted and on 17th November 1928 Lalji died of heart attack.

अमर शहीद लाला लाजपत राय 

भारतीय स्वतंत्रता सैनानी लाला लाजपत राय 

भारतीय स्वतंत्रता सैनानी 'पंजाब के शेर' और 'पंजाब केसरी' के नाम से प्रख्यात लाला लाजपत राय का जन्म 28 जनवरी 1865 को हुआ था। 
1928 में भारत के हालात को देखने के लिए जो साइमन कमीशन भारत आया था। भारतीय नेताओं ने उसका विरोध किया। 
30 अक्टूबर 1928 को लालजी लाहौर में शांति पूर्ण तरीके से साइमन कमीशन का विरोध कर रहे थे। वहाँ पर पुलिस अधीक्षक स्कॉट ने लाठी चार्ज का हुकुम दिया। लालजी भी गंम्भीर रूप से घायल हो गए और 17 नवम्बर 1928 को लालाजी की मृत्यु दिल का दौरा पड़ने से हो गई।
