Karpoori Thakur (Indian Politician)

Karpuri Thakur popularly known as 'Jan Nayak' died on 17th of Feb 1988.
He was from the state of Bihar, a down to earth politician & a true people's leader. He served two terms as Chief Minister of Bihar.
Karpuri Thakur's simplicity became an inspiration for millions. He is regarded as one of the most popular politicians of Bihar.
He was born on 24th of January in year 1924.
Karpoori Thakur served as CM of Bihar from December 1970 to June 1971 & June 1971 to April 1979.

कर्पूरी ठाकुर (भारतीय राजनेता)

कर्पूरी ठाकुर जिन्हें 'जन नायक' कहा जाता था, उनका देहान्त 17 फरवरी 1988 को पटना में हुआ था।
राजनीति में अपनी सादगी से उन्हें लोगों के नेता के रूप में आज भी याद किया जाता है। दो बार वे बिहार राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री रहे।
लाखों लोगों के लिए ठाकुर एक प्रेरणा थे और आज भी हैं।
उनका जन्म 24 जनवरी 1924 को हुआ था। 
दिसम्बर 1970 से जुन 1971 और जुन 1971 से अप्रेल 1979 तक कर्पूरी ठाकुर बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री रहे।

Gandhi Meets Lord Irwin 

Before Lord Irwin inaugurated New Delhi as New Capital of 'Colonial British India' on 13th February in year 1931. He invited Mahatma Gandhi To meet him at Viceroy House, the first meeting of Gandhi with Irwin happened on 17th February 1930. Irwin-Gandhi met eight times and on 5th March 1931 Irwin/Gandhi pact was signed. 

Note:- Gandhi was released from prison before the scheduled first meeting.

The pact ended the Civil - Disobedience Movement and in return Britishers gave some political concessions to Indians. The pact paved the way for Gandhi to attend Second Round Table Conference.
'The First Round Table Conference was boycotted by Indian National Congress'.

लॉर्ड इरविन गाँधी वार्ता 

13 फरवरी 1931 को लॉर्ड इरविन द्वारा नई दिल्ली को ब्रिटिश भारत की नई राजधानी घोषित करने से पहले इरविन की मुलाकात वॉयसराय हॉउस में महात्मा गाँधी से हुई। आठ बार इरविन/गाँधी की मुलाकात हुई और 5 मार्च 1931 को इरविन - गाँधी समझौता किया गया।

नोट:- गाँधीजी को पहली वार्ता से पहले जेल से रिहा किया गया था। 

गाँधी/इरविन समझौते के बाद सविनय अवज्ञा आंदोलन रद्द हो गया और बदले में ब्रिटिश शासन ने भारतीयों को कुछ रियायतें दी। 
इस समझौते ने गाँधी के दूसरे गोल मेज सम्मलेन में शामिल होने का रास्ता साफ़ कर दिया। 
'पहले गोल मेज सम्मलेन का भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस ने बहिष्कार किया था।'

Launch of First Comic Superhero Phantom

World's first fictional superhero comic 'Phantom' was launched on 17th February 1936. The Phantom comic strip/series was first published by author Lee Falk.
The Phantom series main character is a crime fighter, who fights the evil.
On June 7, 1996 'The Phantom' a feature film on comic superhero was released world wide. After Phantom many superheroes were created like Batman, Superman, Spiderman and many 'films are being made on these fictional superheroes in Hollywood.

पहले कॉमिक सुपरहीरो फैंटम

दुनिया के पहले कॉमिक सुपरहीरो फैंटम का 17 फरवरी 1936 को पहला संस्करण प्रकाशित किया गया था। फैंटम की रचना लेखक ली फॉक ने सबसे पहले की थी। 
फैंटम एक काल्पनिक शक्तिशाली वीर है, जो अपराध से लड़ता है। 
फैंटम पर 7 जून 1996 को एक फिल्म भी बनी और वो दुनिया भर में प्रदर्शित की गई। 
फैंटम के बाद कई और काल्पनिक सुपरहीरो जन्मे जैसे - बैटमैन, सुपरमैन, स्पाइडरमैन आदि तथा हॉलीवुड द्वारा इन पर कई फिल्में बनाई गई और बनाई जाती हैं।

Father of Indian Cinema

The Father of Indian Cinema, Dadasaheb Phalke died on 16th Feb 1944 at the age of 74 yrs. He was a scriptwriter and director.
Dhundiraj Govind Phalke (Dadasaheb Phalke) was born on 30th of April 1870 in Marathi Brahmin family.
In 1912 he made his first movie (silent) 'Satyawadi Raja Harishchandra' and the Indian Film Industry was born.
Phalke along with some well reputed businessmen formed India's first film company 'Hindustan Films'.
In 19 yrs of his film career, Phalke made 95 long & 25 short movies.

भारतीय सिनेमा के जनक

भारतीय सिनेमा के जनक दादासाहिब फालके का देहान्त 74 साल की उम्र में 16 फरवरी 1944 को हुआ था। दादासाहिब एक निर्देशक और कथानक थे।
धुंडिराज गोविन्द फालके उर्फ दादासाहिब फालके का जन्म एक मराठा ब्राह्मण परिवार में 30 अप्रैल 1870 को हुआ था।
1912 में उन्होनें पहली फिल्म 'सत्यवादी राजा हरिशचंद्र' (मूक) बनाई और भारतीय फिल्म उधोग की शुरूआत हुई।
तब के कुछ जाने माने व्यापारियों के साथ मिलकर भारत की पहली फिल्म कम्पनी 'हिन्दुस्तान फिल्मस की स्थापना करी।
19 साल के अपने फिल्मी सफ़र में फालके ने लगभग 95 लम्बी और 25 छोटी फिल्में बनाई।

Kim Jong-IL

Kim Jong-IL became the Supreme Leader of North Korea after the death of his father Kim IL-Sung in 1994. He was born on 16th of February 1942. 
He was also the leader of Korean Communist Workers Party. After talking over the power he tried to end North Korean isolation with rest of the world to boost Korean struggling economy. He did managed to achieve some success by strengthening diplomatic ties with neighbouring country China.
North Korean Media always hailed Kim as a strong & fearless leader. He ruled the country for almost 2 decades. On 17th December 2011 he died at the age of 70.
Note: North Korea as a nation in 21st century is a mystery for the world. Censored Media, No Internet and No Diplomatic Relations with other World Nations.

किम जोंग-इल

16 फरवरी 1942 को जन्मे किम जोंग - इल का सम्बंध कोरिया कम्युनिष्ट वर्कर्स पार्टी से था। किम जोंग इल ऊतरी कोरिया के सर्वोच्य नेता साल 1994 में बने। जब उनके पिता किम इल-सुंग का देहान्त हुआ।
सत्ता संभालते ही उन्होंने खस्ता हाल अर्थव्यवस्था को ठीक करने और दुनिया के साथ राजनेयिक तथा व्यापारिक रिश्ते बनाने की कोशिश करी, अपने प्रयास में कुछ हद तक सफल भी हुए। आज भी ऊतरी कोरिया का विश्व में सिर्फ चीन मित्र है।
देश के मीडिया के अनुसार किम जोंग-इल एक निडर और शक्तिशाली नेता थे। लगभग दो दशक तक राज करने वाले किम जोंग-इल की मृत्यु 17 दिसम्बर 2011 को 70 वर्ष की आयु में हुई।

नोट: ऊतरी कोरिया 21वीं शताब्दी का देश है पर ऐकान्त वास में है, इंटरनेट या कोई बाहरी जानकारी वहां के लोगों को नहीं मिलती, मीडिया केवल तारिफ कर सकता है नेताओं की आलोचना नहीं, एक रहस्य है ऊतरी कोरिया।
