Bhawani Prasad Mishra
Noted Hindi poet and author Bhawani Prasad Mishra died on 20th February 1983 at the age of 69.
He always followed the Gandhi's philosophy and was a strong critic of Colonial British Rule in India. He would often call the British Raj 'A Sweet Poison'.
Bhawani Prasad Mishra (A Gandhian) was born on 29th March 1913 at the Central Province of Tigaria in British India.
He received the prestigious Sahitya Akadami Award in 1977 for his book 'Buni Hui Rassi' (A woven rope).
Note:- Sahitya Akadami Award is given for exemplary work in the field of literature in India.

भवानी प्रसाद मिश्र
भवानी प्रसाद मिश्र हिंदी के प्रख्यात कवि और लेखक थे। 20 फरवरी 1983 को 69 वर्ष की आयु में उनका देहांत हो गया था।
वे हमेशा महात्मा गाँधी के बताये रस्ते पर चले, ब्रिटिश उपनिवेश के पृथक आलोचक भवानी प्रसाद मिश्र भारत में अंग्रेजी राज को 'मीठा ज़हर' कहते थे।
उनका जन्म 29 मार्च 1913 को ब्रिटिश भारत के मध्य प्रान्त में हुआ था।
1977 में अपनी किताब 'बुनी हुई रस्सी' के लिए उन्हें प्रतिष्ठित साहित्य अकादमी पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया।
