World Radio Day

World Radio Day is celebrated on 13 February every year. 
On this day UNESCO calls on radio stations world wide to uphold diversity.
On 13 February 1946 United Nations had established United Nations Radio, since then the day is celebrated as World Radio Day.
"Inventor Guglielmo Marconi had invented this wireless communication device, when he sent & received radio signal in 1895. Marconi was an Italian Citizen".

विश्व रेडियो दिवस 

13 फरवरी का दिन हर साल विश्व रेडियो दिवस के रूप में मनाता है। 
यूनेस्को इस दिन विश्व के तमाम रेडियो स्टेशन से विविधता को बनाए रखने का एक सन्देश द्वारा अपील करता है। 
13 फरवरी 1946 को सयुंक्त राष्ट्र संघ में रेडियो की स्थापना हुई थी, तब से हर साल विश्व रेडियो दिवस मनाया जाता है।
"इटली के महान अविष्कारक मारकोनी ने बिना तार के इस संचार उपकरण का अविष्कार किया था जब उन्होंने अपने खुद का भेजा सन्देश 1895 में प्राप्त किया।"

Charles Robert Darwin

Darwin was born on 12th February 1809 in United Kingdom.
He was a well known Biologist & Geologist.
World knows him for his contribution to the science of evolution. His book on 'Origin of Species' is one of his best works. Darwin's theory on evolution of species is a very important document for the researchers all over the world.
Darwin died on 19th April in year 1882.

चार्ल्स रोबर्ट डार्विन 

डार्विन का जन्म 12 फरवरी 1809 को यूनाइटेड किंगडम में हुआ था। 
वह एक महान जीवविज्ञानी तथा भूविज्ञानी थे। 
अपने विकासवाद के विज्ञान के लिए डार्विन दुनिया भर में प्रसिद्ध हुए। उनके द्वारा लिखी पुस्तक 'प्रजातियों की उत्पत्ति' एक बहुमूल्य दस्तावेज है जिसे आज भी दुनिया भर के शोधकर्ता  पढ़ते और उससे प्रभावित होते हैं। 
डार्विन का देहांत 19 अप्रैल 1882 को हो गया था।

Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay

A Noted Scholar, Educationist & Nationalist, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay was assassinated on 11th February 1968 at Mughalsarai in the state of Uttar Pardesh.
He is known as the founder of Bhartiya Jana Sangh, he became the President of Jana Sangh in 1967. Later, Bhartiya Jana Sangh became Bhartiya Janta Party. 
BJP has now become the world's largest Political Party.
Panditji was born on 25th September 1916 at Mathura (Uttar Pradesh).

पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय 

पांडित्य दीनदयाल उपाध्याय एक महान विद्वान, राष्ट्रवादी और शिक्षाविद  थे , उनकी 11 फरवरी 1968 को उत्तर प्रदेश के मुग़लसराय में हत्या कर दी गई थी।
भारतीय मूल्यों को प्रखरता से हमेशा रखने वाले पंडित जी को भारतीय संघ का जनक माना जाता है। 1967 में उपाध्याय जी जन संघ के अध्यक्ष बने। भारतीय जन संघ आगे चलकर भारतीय जनता पार्टी बनी। 
आज विश्व की सबसे बड़ी राजनैतिक पार्टी होने का गौरव भारतीय जनता पार्टी के पास है। 
पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय का जन्म 25 सितम्बर 1916 को उत्तर प्रदेश के शहर मथुरा में हुआ था।

Edison the greatest American Inventor & Businessman was born on 11th February in year 1847. Edison had many inventions to his credit, like Phonograph, The Motion Picture Camera & Electric Bulb.
His inventions made an impact on the industrialisation around the world. He is known as one of the greatest inventors in history.
Thomas Elva Edison died on 18th October 1931.

एडिसन के अविष्कारों ने दुनिया के उद्योगिकरण के विकास में अद्भुत तरीके से योगदान दिया। 
इतिहास उन्हें विश्व के सर्वश्रेष्ठ आविष्कारकों में एक के तौर पर याद करता है। 
18 अक्टूबर, 1931 एडिसन का देहांत हो गया था।

Jagannath Shankarsett Murkute 'A Great Social Worker & Educationist' was born on 10th February in year 1803.
He was born in a very wealthy Brahmin family in Bombay (now Mumbai) in the state of Maharashtra.
He established a big business empire & donated most his fortune for the welfare of public. 
He died on 31st July, 1865.

भारतीय लोकोपकारक 

जगन्नाथ शंकर शेठ मुरकुटे 'एक महान समाजसेवी' का जन्म 10 फरवरी 1803 को बम्बई (अब मुंबई) महाराष्ट्र राज्य में एक अमीर ब्राह्मण परिवार में हुआ था। 
अपने प्रयासों और मेहनत से जगन्नाथ एक प्रख्यात उद्योगपति बने। लेकिन अपनी पूँजी का लगभग सारा हिस्सा उन्होंने समाज कल्याण में लगाया। 
उधोगपति होने के साथ वे एक शिक्षाविद भी थे। 
जुलाई 31, 1965 को उनका देहांत हो गया था।

06 फरवरी 1952 को एलिज़ाबेथ द्वितीय महज 16 साल की उम्र में ब्रिटेन की महारानी बनी। महारानी एलिज़ाबेथ का जन्म 21 अप्रैल 1926 में हुआ था। 
एलिज़ाबेथ द्वितीय आज 93 वर्ष की हो गई हैं और विश्व के किसी भी देश पर सबसे ज्यादा वर्षो तक राज करने वाली रानी हैं।

Chori Chora Scandal

For almost 200 years India was under colonial (British Rule). Millions sacrificed their lives for the freedom of India. Many movements led by Mahatma Gandhi & other leaders were challenging the British rule.
On 5th February in year 1922, large group of freedom fighters, participating in non-cooperation movement burnt an Indian police station at Chori Chora in Gorakhpur. 27 policemen died & Mahatma Gandhi immediately called off the non-cooperation movement. He was always stood for  non-violence.
The non-cooperation movement was started on 1st August, 1920.
"After years of suppression by British rule & a long struggle for independence, India was declared a free nation on 15th August 1947".

चोरी चोरा कांड 

200 साल तक अंग्रेजों का अत्याचार भारतीयों ने सहा और न जाने कितने भारतीयों ने देश की आज़ादी के लिए अपने प्राणों का बलिदान दिया। ऐसा ही एक आंदोलन महात्मा गाँधी द्वारा शुरू किया गया था जिसे असहयोग आंदोलन नाम दिया गया। 
1 अगस्त 1920 को इस आंदोलन की शुरुआत हुई थी। 5 फरवरी 1922 को क्रांतिकारियों ने गोरखपुर के चोरी चोरा में एक भारतीय पुलिस थाने में आग लगा दी थी , इससे 27 पुलिस वाले जल कर मर गए थे। महात्मा गाँधी इस घटना से बहुत आहत थे।  गाँधी जी अहिंसा से स्वतंत्रता की लड़ाई लड़ना चाहते थे। 
"भारत सालों तक अंग्रेजो के दमन व अत्याचार से आखिरखार 15 अगस्त 1947 को आज़ाद हुआ और एक स्वतंत्र राष्ट्र बन गया"
